NARODOWY INSTYTUT DZIEDZICTWA
The Challenge Our studio was commissioned to produce a high-energy animated campaign for “Zabytkomania,” a nationwide filmmaking contest organized by the National Institute of Cultural Heritage. The objective was to promote cultural assets and arts among history enthusiasts and young filmmakers, inviting them to engage with their heritage through the lens of a camera.
Creative Concept The core of our creative approach was the anthropomorphism of filmmaking equipment. We brought to life a cast of characters—including a camera, a microphone, and a vintage TV—who travel through the city streets under the guidance of a custom-designed character. By personifying these tools, we created relatable protagonists whose curiosity reflects the excitement of discovering historical treasures.
Execution The production features a blend of fluid character animation and detailed, dynamic backgrounds that highlight various elements of national heritage. To ensure effective communication, we utilized integrated kinetic typography and a professional voice-over to deliver essential contest details without disrupting the whimsical flow of the narrative.
